When subscriptions launch

Before checkout, the service will show the subscription price, billing frequency, renewal terms, trial if any, and cancellation path. Cancellation stops future renewals; whether access continues through the paid period will be stated at purchase.

Refund requests

Refund eligibility will follow mandatory consumer rights in your country and the refund rules displayed at purchase. The merchant of record/payment provider may handle payment and refund requests. The live support contact and customer portal link will be added here before paid launch.

How to cancel

Use the customer portal link in your receipt or account page once subscription checkout is activated. If you cannot access the portal, contact the verified support email published on the service.
