Information processed

• Free demo: typing, notes, and preferences are held in browser local storage on your device. The app does not currently transmit these entries to our server.
• Anonymous beta feedback: if submitted with consent, the message and submission timestamp are stored in Cloudflare D1 for product improvement for up to 90 days. Do not include personal or sensitive details.
• Payments: no live payment is currently offered. If enabled, the payment provider/merchant of record will process checkout and payment details; Read and Feel will receive only necessary order/subscription identifiers and status.
• Cookies/analytics: no third-party analytics is currently loaded. Essential browser storage supports app preferences; analytics must remain off unless separately consented to after it is implemented.

Purposes, basis and retention

Demo content stays on your device until you clear browser storage. Feedback is processed based on your explicit submission consent and kept for up to 90 days, then deleted. The production database cleanup schedule must be enabled before accepting beta feedback publicly.

Processors and international transfers

Hosting and database infrastructure may process request and feedback data in locations selected by the hosting provider. Before launch, publish the exact provider, data location/transfer safeguards, subprocessors and retention details in use.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, object to, or port personal data, and withdraw consent. As feedback is anonymous and no identity is collected, we may be unable to identify a particular submission. A verified privacy contact must be published before launch.

Children and security

The demo is intended for a general audience but should not be used to submit personal information about children. We use reasonable safeguards; no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Publish the controller's legal name and monitored privacy contact here before launch. Users in the EEA may also complain to their local data protection authority.
