1. Service

Read and Feel offers a daily literature reading and transcription demo. The demo is provided without an account. Text entered into the demo is stored in browser local storage on the user's device; it is not synchronized to our servers.

2. Intellectual property and permitted use

Users are responsible for ensuring that material they enter or share is lawful. Do not submit or distribute text for which you do not have rights. Literary quotations shown in the demo are illustrative and may be changed or removed. We do not claim ownership of third-party works.

3. Beta service

The service is in beta and may change, be interrupted, or be withdrawn. We do not promise continuous availability or data backup. Please keep your own copy of important notes.

4. Paid subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are not available until checkout is activated. If offered, price, billing interval, renewal, cancellation, taxes, and refund terms will be displayed before purchase. Payments will be processed by the named merchant of record/payment provider, whose checkout terms also apply.

5. Availability and liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the beta is provided as available and without a guarantee that it meets every user's requirements.

6. Contact and governing law

Governing law and mandatory consumer rights depend on the user's location. Before launch, publish the operator's verified legal name, service address, and monitored support contact here.
